When you first sign up for Kendo, your account is automatically created as a Free account.
The Free account includes 10 minutes of AI credits that you can use for:
AI roleplay sessions
Testing agents and training scenarios
These credits are one-time only and do not refresh daily or monthly. Once the 10 minutes are used, no additional training time will be available unless you upgrade your plan.
With a Free account, you can:
Create AI agents
Explore the dashboard
Run limited AI roleplay using the included credits
Free accounts do not include:
Team management (adding members, admins, or roles)
Ongoing or unlimited training credits
Advanced billing and subscription features

Updating Your Payment Method
Quickly update your billing details.
Step 1 — Open Team Settings from the menu
Step 2 — Click the Billing tab
Step 3 — Scroll down to Payment Method and update the payment method option
Billing Cycle & Proration
You only pay for what you use. Fair, transparent billing.
Kendo uses industry-standard SaaS proration.
Example 1 — Adding Seats Mid-Cycle
Pro seat: $55/mo
Added halfway
Charge = $55 × 0.5 = $27.50
Example 2 — Removing Seats Mid-Cycle
10 days left
Credit = $55 × (10 ÷ 30) = $18.33
Credit applied to next invoice
This prevents overpaying and keeps billing fair.

Step 2 — Scroll down to Billing History

Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel anytime.
Step 1 — Team Settings →Billing
Step 2 — Scroll down at the bottom
Step 3 — Click Cancel Plan
Your access remains active until the end of your current billing period.
Important: Unused credits are not refunded.
