Simple and easy steps to start your Kendo account.

Step 1 — Set Up Your Account

  • Sign up using email or Google

  • Verify your email (if applicable)

Step 2 — Add Your Team

Invite anyone who will train, manage, or review.

  • Add Admins, Members, or Viewers

  • Create teams or groups

  • Assign permissions

Step 3 — Explore the Dashboard

Get familiar with:

  • Upload Call

  • Overview metrics

  • AI insights

  • AI Roleplay

  • Flagged calls

  • Call Library

  • Team settings

  • LMS

  • Integration

  • Account Setting

Step 4 — Upload Key Resources

Give Kendo real material to learn from.

  • Upload call recordings

  • Upload transcripts or scripts

  • Connect your LMS (optional)

  • Add training materials (optional)

Step 5 — Create Your First AI Prospect

Go to the AI Roleplay tab:

  • Choose B2B or B2C

  • Define persona, role, tone

  • Add training goals

  • Set expected challenges

  • Configure language & voice

Tip: You can quickly create a prospect using AI, build one manually for full control, or save time by cloning directly from a company website or a real call recording.

Step 6 — Start a Training Session

  • Pick your AI agent

  • Choose Standard or Objection Handling mode

  • Begin simulation

  • Interact in real time

Step 7 — Review Scores & Feedback

After your session:

  • View scores (1–100)

  • Read strengths & opportunities

  • Review coaching suggestions

  • Listen to audio/read transcript

Step 8 — Invite Others

  • Share agents with your team

  • Assign training

  • Send assessments to candidates
