Getting Started·Updated Jun 29, 2026
Release Notes
Recent product updates for training paths, assign training, the Kendo AI tab, and more.
Overview
This page highlights major additions to the team workspace and training workflows. For step-by-step guides, use the Training System and Analytics & Metrics sections in the sidebar.
Dates refer to when features were documented in these guides; your workspace may have received updates on a different schedule.
Refreshed interface
What shipped — Kendo AI moved to a warm, lower-contrast parchment look with a single rationed amber accent, flatter cards, and a redesigned dark mode in matching warm tones. These docs now share that design language.
Why it matters — Calmer surfaces and consistent typography keep the focus on your calls, scores, and coaching instead of heavy chrome.
Learn more — Toggle light/dark from the theme switch in the top bar.
Passwordless email-code sign-in
What shipped — Passwordless sign-in now uses a 6-digit code sent to your email instead of a magic link. Request a code on the sign-in screen, then enter it to log in.
Why it matters — Codes work reliably across devices and email clients where magic links sometimes broke, and they pair cleanly with two-factor authentication.
Learn more — See Creating Your Account and Two-Factor Authentication in the docs.
Rename calls
What shipped — You can now rename a call after it's processed by editing its title from the call view.
Why it matters — Call history search matches on the title and rep name, so a clear title (for example, the prospect's name) keeps calls easy to find.
Learn more — See Uploading Calls under Call Analysis in the docs.
Training Paths
What shipped — Team-scoped Training Paths (Coaching > Paths, Owner/Administrator only): create ordered sequences of roleplay steps (up to 10 steps per path, each with a minimum passing score), assign reps, and track completion.
Why it matters — Managers get a repeatable onboarding or upskill program; reps always know the next step and can pass steps with a clear score threshold.
Learn more — Open Training Paths under Training System in the docs for full workflows.
Assign Training
What shipped — Assign Training lets managers assign a single targeted roleplay drill from call analytics, with a score goal or time goal, notifications for the rep, and tracking under Personal Analytics (Assigned Training).
Why it matters — Closes the loop from a reviewed call to concrete practice without building a full multi-step path.
Learn more — See Assign Training under Training System in the docs.
Kendo AI (Agent tab)
What shipped — The Agent tab (Operate group) opens the Kendo AI experience: conversational coaching and insights using your team context and the same date range as Overview and Performance.
Why it matters — Leaders can ask questions about performance and coaching without leaving the workspace; the tab is optimized for focus alongside dashboards.
Related — Team-level knowledge lives under Context (Knowledge group). Roleplay and paths use Roleplay and Paths under Coaching.
Custom Scorecards
What shipped — Custom Scorecards (Knowledge > Scorecards): build scoring criteria that match your methodology. Start from prebuilt templates (MEDDPIC, BANT, and more), draft one with the AI scorecard creator, or build from scratch with weighted categories.
Why it matters — Calls are scored against your real sales process, not just the default categories.
Learn more — See Custom Scorecards under Analytics & Metrics in the docs.
Team-member competency radar
What shipped — The team member drill-down (Team > Members → a member) now includes a competency radar chart that visualizes strengths and weaknesses across scoring categories at a glance.
Why it matters — Managers can quickly see where a rep needs coaching and assign targeted training from the same view.
