Solutions to common issues and problems in KendoAI.

Login Issues

Can't log in:

  • Verify email and password are correct
  • Try the 'Forgot Password' flow
  • Clear browser cache and cookies
  • Try a different browser
  • Check for typos in email address
  • Account locked:

  • Wait 15 minutes after multiple failed attempts
  • Contact support if still locked
  • Audio/Voice Issues

    Microphone not working:

  • Check browser permissions for microphone
  • Ensure no other app is using the mic
  • Try a different microphone
  • Restart your browser
  • Voice agent not responding:

  • Check internet connection
  • Wait a moment after speaking (pause detection)
  • Ensure you granted audio permissions
  • Call Analysis Issues

    Call stuck processing:

    - Large files may take 10+ minutes

    - Check your internet connection

    - Verify file format is supported

    - Try re-uploading if stuck over 30 minutes

    Low transcription quality:

    - Ensure clear audio without background noise

    - Use better quality microphones

    - Avoid overlapping speakers

    Integration Problems

    Zoom/Fathom not syncing:

  • Verify the connection is still active
  • Reconnect the integration
  • Check that recordings are available in the source
  • Ensure you have analysis credits
  • Slack notifications not working:

  • Check Slack app permissions
  • Verify channel settings
  • Reconnect if needed
