Settings Guide

Configure your KendoAI account and application settings.

Account Settings

Manage your personal account:

Profile - Name, email, profile picture

Password - Change your password

Notifications - Email and in-app notification preferences

Timezone - Set your local timezone

Language - Display language preferences

Training Preferences

Customize your training experience:

Default voice - Preferred voice for agents

Training mode - Default to text or voice

Session length - Default session duration

Feedback detail - How much detail in feedback

Goals - Daily and weekly training targets

Privacy & Security

  1. Protect your account:
  2. 1. Use a strong, unique password
  3. 2. Enable two-factor authentication under Settings > Account > Security
  4. 3. Keep more than one 2FA method enrolled and store your backup codes safely
  5. 4. Sign out on shared or public devices when you're done

Data & Export

Manage your data:

Export data - Download your calls and analytics

Delete account - Permanently delete your account and data

Data retention - View how long data is kept

Note: Team data is managed by team admins.

API Settings

For developers, API tooling lives under the Integrations tab (Knowledge group), not in account settings:

- Generate and manage Push API keys under Integrations > Push API

- Configure webhook endpoints under Integrations > Webhooks
