Get KendoAI notifications and updates directly in Slack.

Overview

Connect Slack to receive notifications about:

  • New call analysis completed
  • Training goal achievements
  • Team leaderboard updates
  • Weekly performance summaries
  • Important coaching insights

    • Connecting Slack

    Set up the integration:

    1. Go to Integrations > Slack

    2. Click 'Add to Slack'

    3. Choose your Slack workspace

    4. Select a channel for notifications

    5. Authorize the connection

    6. Configure notification preferences

    Notification Settings

    Choose what notifications to receive:

    Call Completed - When new calls are analyzed

    High/Low Scores - Alerts for notable performances

    Training Goals - Goal achievement notifications

    Weekly Digest - Summary of team performance

    Coaching Alerts - Important improvement opportunities

    Channel Setup

    Recommended channel setup:

    - Use a dedicated channel like #sales-training

    - Consider separate channels for team vs individual

    - Enable threading for cleaner notifications

    - Invite relevant team members to the channel

    Personal Notifications

    Get DMs for personal updates:

  • Your individual call scores
  • Personal goal achievements
  • Coaching recommendations for you

    • Enable in your personal notification settings.
