Auto-Recharge

Set up automatic credit top-ups to prevent analysis interruptions.

What is Auto-Recharge?

Auto-Recharge automatically purchases additional credits when your balance falls below a threshold. This ensures you never run out of credits during important periods.

  • Automatic billing to your card on file
  • Setting Up Auto-Recharge

    Enable auto-recharge:

    1. Go to Settings > Billing

    2. Find the Auto-Recharge section

    3. Toggle it on

    4. Set your threshold (e.g., when below 10 credits)

    5. Set your recharge amount (e.g., add 50 credits)

    6. Set monthly max (optional)

    7. Save settings

    Configuration Options

    Threshold - Credit level that triggers recharge

    Amount - How many credits to add each time

    Monthly Max - Cap on auto-recharge spending per month

    Payment Method - Uses card on file

    Notifications

    Stay informed about auto-recharge:

    - Email notification when recharge occurs

    - Alert if payment fails

    - Monthly spending summary

    - Dashboard shows recent recharges

    Managing Costs

    Control your spending:

    - Set a reasonable monthly max

    - Review usage patterns regularly

    - Adjust threshold and amount as needed

    - Consider upgrading plan if consistently recharging

    You can disable auto-recharge at any time.
