Auto-Recharge

Set up automatic credit top-ups to prevent analysis interruptions.

What is Auto-Recharge?

Auto-Recharge automatically purchases additional roleplay credits when your balance falls below a threshold you set. This keeps roleplay training available without manual top-ups.

Benefits:

No interruption to roleplay training when credits run low

Set it and forget it

Built-in spending safeguards (per-charge and daily caps)

Automatic billing to your card on file

Setting Up Auto-Recharge

  1. Enable auto-recharge:
  2. 1. Go to Team > Billing
  3. 2. Find the Auto-Recharge section
  4. 3. Toggle it on
  5. 4. Set your threshold — the credit/minute balance that triggers a recharge (1–100)
  6. 5. Set your recharge amount in dollars — how much to charge each time ($10–$500). Credits are added at 5 per dollar.
  7. 6. Save settings
