Credit System
Understand how roleplay credits work in KendoAI.
What are Credits?
Credits are used for AI roleplay training sessions. The system is simple:
1 minute of roleplay = 1 credit
Each Pro plan seat includes 180 credits per month, giving you 3 hours of AI roleplay training time.
Credits are consumed during voice and text roleplay sessions with your AI agents.
Credit Usage
How credits are consumed:
Voice Roleplay - 1 credit per minute of conversation
Text Roleplay - 1 credit per minute of active session
Call Analysis - Separate from roleplay credits (included with subscription)
Credits are tracked in real-time during your sessions.
Checking Your Balance
- View your credit balance:
- 1. Go to Settings > Billing
- 2. See current credit balance
- 3. View credit usage history
- 4. See credits included in subscription (180 per seat)
- 5. Purchase top-ups if needed
Monthly Credits
Your subscription includes monthly credits:
180 credits per seat refresh on your billing date
Unused credits don't roll over
You can purchase top-ups anytime
Top-up credits don't expire
Running Low?
When credits run low:
- You'll receive email warnings at 20% and 10%
- Auto-recharge can prevent interruptions
- Top-ups can be purchased anytime
- Without credits, new roleplay sessions are paused
- Call analysis and other features continue working
Team Credits
For teams:
- Each seat adds 180 credits to your team pool
- Credits are pooled at the team level
- All members share the credit balance
- Admins can see usage by member
- Set alerts for team credit thresholds
