userAgent Creation & Customization

AI-powered prospects that simulate real sales conversations.

What Are Agents?

Agents (also referred to as AI Prospects) represent the people your reps will “sell” to during roleplay. These agents can be modeled after:

  • Your real customers

  • ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) personas

  • Past call recordings

  • Industry-specific scenarios

  • B2B or B2C buyers

Each Agent includes:

  • Persona

  • Company info

  • Voice & tone

  • Training objectives

  • Expected challenges

  • Call type

  • Language

Create Prospect from Company Website (URL Import)

You can now create a new prospect directly from a company website when setting up a new agent. This saves time and helps you start with more accurate, contextual data.

What this does

Instead of building a prospect from scratch, you can import or clone a prospect using the company’s website URL. The system pulls key information from the site to generate a starting prospect profile you can edit and fine-tune.

Steps

  1. Go to the AI Roleplay tab from the main menu.

  2. Click Create New Prospect.

  3. Select From the Website.

  4. Enter the URL of a business website.

  5. The system will automatically generate a new prospect profile based on the website content.

Once created, you can review and edit the prospect to match your training or roleplay goals.
