Uploading Calls & Scripts
Easily upload a single call recording at a time to have it scored, reviewed, and analyzed by Kendo. Supported file types include MP3, WAV, M4A, MP4, TXT, and VTT. You can upload live call recordings or call transcripts.
To upload:
Click Upload Call.
Select your file.
Kendo will analyze the call and provide detailed feedback.
This feature generates automatic scoring, coaching, and detailed analysis. This is ideal for:
Coaching & QA
onboarding
Tracking rep progress
Cloning real prospects
Candidate evaluation
Once the review is complete, it will appear under the Call Library and in the Live Call tab for easy access.
Upload Call Recording Steps
Step 1 — Open Upload Call Recording
Go to the top left sidebar
Click Upload Call

Step 2 — Select or Drag in Your File
Supported formats:
Audio
MP3
M4A
WAV
MP4
Text
TXT
VTT
Max size: 300MB (auto-chunked if larger).
Tip: For fastest processing, upload clean audio without background noise.
Step 3 — Quality Evaluation Breakdown
Each call is evaluated using a structured scorecard and clear coaching insights.

90–100: Elite performance, deal expected to close
80–89: Strong performance, high chance of closing

Connecting Your LMS
The Learning Management System (LMS) in Kendo lets you create, manage, and track educational content for your team. It’s your centralized hub for all training materials. The built-in LMS allows teams to store and assign structured learning content
Key Features:
Create Content: Build new sections, modules, or lessons directly in Kendo to organize your educational material.
Upload Existing Content: Bring in existing playbooks, videos, or documents so your team can access everything in one place.
Team Progress: Monitor individual team member progress across all content. As soon as team members start viewing materials, their progress will be tracked.
Content Library: Watch content, track completion, and manage lessons efficiently. Start by creating your first section to organize educational content.
