Uploading Calls & Scripts

Easily upload a single call recording at a time to have it scored, reviewed, and analyzed by Kendo. Supported file types include MP3, WAV, M4A, MP4, TXT, and VTT. You can upload live call recordings or call transcripts.

To upload:

  1. Click Upload Call.

  2. Select your file.

  3. Kendo will analyze the call and provide detailed feedback.

This feature generates automatic scoring, coaching, and detailed analysis. This is ideal for:

  • Coaching & QA

  • onboarding

  • Tracking rep progress

  • Cloning real prospects

  • Candidate evaluation

Once the review is complete, it will appear under the Call Library and in the Live Call tab for easy access.

Upload Call Recording Steps

Step 1 — Open Upload Call Recording

  1. Go to the top left sidebar

  2. Click Upload Call

Step 2 — Select or Drag in Your File

Supported formats:

Audio

  • MP3

  • M4A

  • WAV

  • MP4

Text

  • TXT

  • VTT

Max size: 300MB (auto-chunked if larger).

Step 3 — Quality Evaluation Breakdown

Each call is evaluated using a structured scorecard and clear coaching insights.

Summary Includes

  • Call context

  • Key strengths and weaknesses

  • Overall impression and scorecard

Scoring Calibration

  • 90–100: Elite performance, deal expected to close

  • 80–89: Strong performance, high chance of closing

  • 70–79: Average performance, coin flip outcome

  • 60–69: Weak performance, deal at risk

  • 0–59: Poor performance, deal likely lost

Detailed Feedback Covers

  • Strengths and areas to improve

  • Key moments from the call

  • Action items for improvement

  • Review tab for deeper analysis

Kendo Call Analysis Kendo automatically extracts and evaluates:

  • Key moments

  • Objections

  • Discovery depth

  • Pitch clarity

  • Next-step clarity

  • Strengths and opportunities

  • Coaching recommendations

Processing usually takes seconds to a few minutes, depending on the audio length.

Step 4 — View Your Results

Your analyzed call appears in:

Call Library → Upload Call tab

Each call includes:

  • Share / Download

  • Flag for review

Connecting Your LMS

The Learning Management System (LMS) in Kendo lets you create, manage, and track educational content for your team. It’s your centralized hub for all training materials. The built-in LMS allows teams to store and assign structured learning content

Key Features:

  • Create Content: Build new sections, modules, or lessons directly in Kendo to organize your educational material.

  • Upload Existing Content: Bring in existing playbooks, videos, or documents so your team can access everything in one place.

  • Team Progress: Monitor individual team member progress across all content. As soon as team members start viewing materials, their progress will be tracked.

  • Content Library: Watch content, track completion, and manage lessons efficiently. Start by creating your first section to organize educational content.

Admins can monitor each rep’s:

  • Completion rate

  • Time spent

  • Training history

Adding New Content

  1. Go to LMS in the sidebar

  2. Click Create Section

  3. Add modules/lessons

  4. Upload media or write content directly in Kendo

Reps can access training content at any time.

With LMS, you can ensure that your team’s training is structured, centralized, and easy to track alongside AI roleplays and other learning activities.

Integrations

We’ve added a new Integrations feature that lets you connect external tools to streamline your workflow and automate data sharing.

Available integrations

  • Fathom – Connect Fathom to sync and use call recordings and insights.

  • Webhooks – Set up webhooks to send data to your own systems or third-party apps in real time.

Coming soon

  • Zoom integration – Direct Zoom support is on the way, making it easier to work with live and recorded meetings.

How this helps

Integrations reduce manual work and ensure your call data and activity stay connected across tools. You can manage and update your integrations anytime from the Integrations section in the platform.
