How to Access Your Dashboard

You will be automatically redirected after signing up, but you can always return by:

  • Going to app.kendo.ai

  • Signing in with email or Google

  • Clicking the secure login link sent to your inbox

Understanding the dashboard layout

The Kendo dashboard is designed to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. It helps you navigate your tools efficiently, manage your team, and track your training activity. Here’s a walkthrough of all the main sections so you know where to find everything.

At the very top of the dashboard is the search bar. Use it to quickly find team members, calls, content, AI agents, or any other item in your workspace. It’s the fastest way to locate what you need without hunting through menus.

My Team

Located on the upper left, this section lets you select your team, which is especially useful if you belong to multiple teams. Click to open a dropdown menu and choose the team you want to view. If you’re only part of one team, it will display automatically, so there’s no extra step needed.

Upload Call Recording

One of Kendo’s newest features, “Upload Call,” lets you submit real sales calls for AI-powered analysis. Use this feature when you only need a performance evaluation or call review. You can upload call recordings or transcripts, and Kendo will provide thorough feedback based on the content, helping with coaching, performance reviews, and identifying areas for improvement.

Overview

This section gives you a clear picture of performance metrics, AI roleplay results, call insights, and trends over time. Track progress for both individuals and your entire team, and choose the timeframe that works best by daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, mid-year, yearly, or a custom range. It’s a simple way to see how your team is performing at a glance.

Metrics

This provides performance analytics for your team’s sales activity. It includes insights from both live calls and roleplays, helping you track performance and coaching opportunities.

You can also customize the dashboard to view the metrics in the way that works best for your team, focusing on the data that matters most to your workflow.

Call Library

The Call Library stores your full history of uploaded calls and completed AI roleplays. You can revisit any session to review feedback, track improvement, or gather insights for coaching.

AI Roleplay

Select from your available AI agents and start a live training session. This is where your team can practice pitches, objection handling, discovery, and closing techniques on demand. You can also edit agents, adjust their settings, share or remove prospects, and create a new prospect using the “Create New Prospect” button in the upper right corner.

LMS

Your Learning Management System (LMS) houses structured training modules, scripts, frameworks, and internal playbooks assigned to your team.

Billing

Check your active subscription, see the number of seats in your account, update payment information, and view invoices.

Team Settings

View and manage all active team members and their roles. From here, you can add, edit, or remove members, update the team name, manage billing, and configure your scorecard. You can also review your active subscription, seat count, payment details, and invoices, or delete the team if needed.

Integrations

Connect Kendo to your current stack. Sync data with the tools your team already uses (e.g Fathom, Zoom, Webhooks)

Account

Manage your Kendo account and personal information. Here, you can see the email you used to enroll, update your first and last name, adjust security settings and authentication methods, and review Recent Sessions, including devices and IPs that have accessed your account. You can revoke any sessions you don’t recognize to keep your account secure.

Support

Submit questions, report issues, or contact the Kendo team for help. When you click Support, a new window will pop up where you can fill out a form with your name, email, company or individual name, category, subject, and message. This ensures your request reaches the right team quickly.

Usage

See how many credits you have left for calls, AI roleplays, or other features.

Your Profile

Your name and email appear at the very bottom left, so you always know which account you’re logged into.
