Start every session with the right AI prospect. Training begins by selecting an AI agent—the persona you want to practice with.

Choosing Your Training Agent

Step 1 — Open AI Roleplay

From the left sidebar, click AI Roleplay

Here you’ll see all your created prospects.

Step 2 — Select a Prospect

Browse or search for the right agent by:

  • Name

  • Persona

  • Industry

  • B2B/B2C type

  • Click the prospect to open training options.

Step 3 — Review Agent Settings (Optional)

Before training, you can preview:

  • Persona & tone

  • Challenges

  • Training goals

  • Call type

  • Language & voice

Starting a Training Session Launch a simulation in seconds. Kendo offers two training modes to match your practice style.

  1. Standard Training

Used for full conversations, including:

  • Discovery

  • Pitch

  • Objections

  • Closing

  • Next steps

Perfect for realistic full-call practice.

  1. Objection Handling Mode

A focused training mode designed for:

  • Rapid-fire objections

  • Practicing responses

  • Refining scripts

  • Improving confidence

Great for short, targeted drills.

Start Training / Roleplay Mode

After choosing your agent:

  1. After choosing your agent:

    1. Click Start Session

    2. Pick the desired training mode

  2. Click Start Sales Training to begin the real-time simulation.

    Kendo will:

    • Speak using the configured voice

    • Respond dynamically to your approach

    • Adjust tone based on your answers

    • Generate real-time transcripts

  3. Engage with the AI prospect just like a real call.

Call Simulation Experience

Real-Time Transcription

A live transcript appears on the left side of the screen.

  • Toggle on/off

  • Useful for reviewing key moments

  • Helps reinforce good phrasing

Adjustable Pacing

Use the pacing controls in the upper-left corner to:

  • Slow the AI down

  • Speed the AI up

  • Match the natural flow of conversation

End Session Anytime

Click the “X” button to end the roleplay when you're done.

After ending:

  • Return to Dashboard

  • Start a new session

  • Review the call in detail

Reviewing Sessions in the Call Library Replay, review, and improve. Every call is saved automatically. After completing a roleplay session, Kendo stores your session inside: Call Library → AI Roleplay tab.

Call Library Overview

Your centralized hub for training sessions and call reviews.

The Call Library stores every:

  • AI Roleplay

  • Call Upload

  • Live Call

This makes it easy to review progress, coach reps, or compare candidate performance.

What You Do in the Call Library

Each session includes:

  • Score breakdown

  • Audio playback

  • Transcript

  • Strengths & opportunities

  • Coaching recommendations

  • Share link

  • Download audio/transcript

  • Flag call
