Connect Fathom to automatically import meeting recordings and transcripts.
What is Fathom?
Fathom is an AI meeting assistant that records, transcribes, and summarizes your video calls. Integrating with KendoAI lets you automatically import Fathom recordings for analysis.

Connecting Fathom
- Set up the integration:
- 1. Go to Integrations > Fathom
- 2. Click 'Connect Fathom'
- 3. Sign in to your Fathom account
- 4. Authorize KendoAI access
- 5. Configure import settings
- 6. Wait for initial sync to complete
Import Settings
Configure what gets imported:
Auto-import - Automatically import new meetings
Historical sync - Import past meetings (last 30 days)
Team mapping - Assign calls to team members
Filters - Only import certain meeting types
How Sync Works
After connecting:
- Fathom sends a webhook when meetings complete
- KendoAI fetches the recording and transcript
- The call is analyzed and scored automatically
- Results appear in your Call Analysis tab
Processing typically takes 2-5 minutes after meeting ends.
Troubleshooting
If calls aren't syncing:
- Verify the connection is still active
- Check that Fathom recorded the meeting
- Ensure you have remaining analysis credits
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting
- Contact support if issues persist
