Fireflies Integration
Sync meetings from Fireflies.ai for automatic call analysis.
What is Fireflies?
Fireflies.ai is a meeting transcription and analytics platform. Connect it to KendoAI to import your Fireflies meetings for sales-specific analysis.
The integration provides:
Automatic import of new meetings
High-quality Fireflies transcripts
Meeting metadata and participants
Connecting Fireflies
- Set up the integration:
- 1. Go to Integrations > Fireflies
- 2. Enter your Fireflies API key
- 3. Configure sync settings
- 4. Test the connection
- 5. Enable automatic import
Getting Your API Key
Find your Fireflies API key:
1. Log into Fireflies.ai
2. Go to Settings > Integrations
3. Find or generate your API key
4. Copy and paste into KendoAI
Keep your API key secure and don't share it.
Sync Options
Configure how meetings are imported:
- Auto-sync - Import new meetings automatically
- Historical import - Pull in past meetings
- Filters - Only import certain meeting types
- Team mapping - Assign to team members by email
Limitations
Be aware of:
- Fireflies transcripts are used (not re-transcribed)
- Audio files may not always be available
- API rate limits may affect large syncs
- Requires Fireflies paid plan for API access
