    Viewing Coaching Insights

    Access coaching recommendations:

    1. Open any analyzed call

    2. Click the 'Coaching' or 'Insights' tab

    3. Review the AI-generated recommendations

    4. Click on any insight to see the supporting evidence

    5. Mark insights as 'Working on it' or 'Completed'

    Action Items

    Turn insights into action:

    - KendoAI automatically extracts action items from calls

    - Action items appear in your dashboard

    - Set reminders for follow-up tasks

    - Mark items complete as you address them

    - Track completion rates over time

    Use the AI chat feature to dive deeper:
