Navigate the KendoAI dashboard and understand the main interface.

Main Navigation

The KendoAI dashboard is organized into several main sections accessible from the left sidebar:

Dashboard - Your home base with quick stats and recent activity

Training - AI roleplay training with your configured agents

Call Analysis - Upload and analyze sales calls

History - View past training sessions and analyzed calls

Analytics - Performance metrics and insights

Team - Team management and settings (if applicable)

Integrations - Connect external services

Settings - Account and preferences

Dashboard Home

Your dashboard home shows key information at a glance:

  • Quick Stats - Today's training minutes, calls analyzed, performance score
  • Recent Activity - Latest training sessions and call reviews
  • Goals Progress - Daily and weekly training targets
  • Team Leaderboard - Top performers (if on a team)
  • AI Chat - Ask questions about your performance metrics
  • Quick Actions

    Access common tasks quickly from the dashboard:

    - Start Training - Begin a new roleplay session

    - Upload Call - Submit a recording for analysis

    - View Analytics - Jump to your performance dashboard

    Use keyboard shortcuts for even faster navigation (press ? to see all shortcuts).

    Customizing Your Dashboard

    You can personalize your dashboard experience:

  • Reorder widgets by dragging and dropping
  • Show or hide specific sections
  • Set your preferred default view
  • Configure notification preferences
  • Access customization options from the settings icon in the top right.
