Dashboard Overview
Navigate the KendoAI dashboard and understand the main interface.
Main Navigation
The KendoAI sidebar is organized into four groups. Items and edit controls depend on your role.
Operate
Overview - Your home base with quick stats and recent activity
Performance - Your personal performance metrics and insights
Agent - The Kendo AI assistant; ask questions about your performance and coaching
Calls - Past calls and roleplays (Live Recordings and AI Roleplays), plus call upload
Coaching
Roleplay - AI roleplay training with your configured agents
Best Calls - Study the team's highest-scoring calls and roleplays
Paths - Structured multi-step training paths (Owner/Administrator only)
Configure
Scorecards - Custom scoring criteria for your methodology
Call Routing - Route incoming calls to scorecards, notifications, and follow-up workflows
Context - Team-level AI context that makes coaching smarter (Owner/Administrator only)
Integrations - Connect external services, payment sources, webhooks, and Push API
Workspace
Members - Manage team members, roles, and team settings
Billing - Plan, seats, credits, and auto-recharge
Usage - Track roleplay credits and live-call minute consumption
Account - Profile, preferences, password, and security settings
Dashboard Home
Your dashboard home shows key information at a glance:
Quick Stats - Today's training minutes, calls analyzed, performance score
Recent Activity - Latest training sessions and call reviews
Goals Progress - Daily and weekly training targets
Team Leaderboard - Top performers (if on a team)
AI Chat - Ask questions about your performance metrics
Quick Actions
Access common tasks quickly from the dashboard:
- Start Training - Begin a new roleplay session
- Upload Call - Submit a recording for analysis
- View Performance - Jump to your performance dashboard
Press Cmd/Ctrl + K to open quick search and jump between sections.

A few ways to tailor your experience:
Toggle light/dark mode from the theme switch in the sidebar
Use Cmd/Ctrl + K quick search to jump to any section
Manage notification and account preferences under Settings
