Training Paths

Create structured, multi-step training journeys for your team.

What Are Training Paths?

Training Paths are structured, ordered learning journeys that guide reps through a sequence of roleplay training steps. Managers create paths using the team's prospect library, and assign them to reps for a consistent, measurable onboarding or skill-building experience.

Each path contains up to 10 steps, where each step is a roleplay session against a specific AI prospect. Reps work through the steps in order, building skills progressively.

Key benefits:

Structured onboarding - Give new reps a clear training sequence from day one

Consistent standards - Every rep practices the same scenarios in the same order

Progress visibility - Managers see exactly where each rep stands

Measurable outcomes - Track completion rates and scores across the team

Creating a Training Path

  1. To create a new training path:
  2. 1. Go to the Training Paths tab in your team workspace
  3. 2. Click Create Path
  4. 3. Enter a name and optional description for the path
  5. 4. Add prospect steps using the prospect picker (search by name or browse by industry)
  6. 5. Arrange steps in the desired order — reps will complete them sequentially
  7. 6. Click Create to publish the path
  8. You can add up to 10 prospect steps per path. Only team prospects are available for selection.

Assigning Reps to a Path

  1. Once a path is created, assign team members to it:
  2. 1. Open the training path detail view
  3. 2. Click Assign Reps
  4. 3. Select one or more team members from the list
  5. 4. Click Assign to confirm
  6. Reps who already have an active assignment (assigned, in progress, or overdue) for the same path are automatically excluded from the selection list to prevent duplicates.

Rep Experience

When assigned to a training path, reps see it on their Training Paths list with their current progress:

Click Start or Continue to jump directly into the training session

Progress updates automatically as roleplay sessions are completed and scored

Each step requires a minimum score of 60 to pass

Reps can also see the full Training Journey timeline showing all steps and their pass/pending status.

Tracking Progress

Managers have full visibility into path progress:

Path Overview - See total step count, number of assigned reps, and overall completion count

Progress Metrics - Overall completion percentage, completion rate, and count of reps who haven't started

Training Journey - Visual timeline showing each step's pass rate across all assigned reps

Assigned Reps Table - Searchable, sortable table with per-rep progress, status, and completion details

Managing Paths

Best practices for training paths:

- Start simple - Begin with 3-5 steps and expand as reps complete them

- Order by difficulty - Place easier prospects first, challenging ones later

- Mix industries - Give reps exposure to different buyer personas

- Review completion rates - Low completion may indicate steps are too difficult or paths are too long

Paths can be edited or deleted by managers, owners, and administrators.
