Team Settings

Configure team-wide preferences, defaults, and customizations.

General Settings

Basic team configuration:

Team Name - Display name for your team

Logo - Upload your team or company logo

Description - Brief description of your team

Timezone - Default timezone for analytics and scheduling

Scoring Settings

Configure how calls are scored:

Select default scorecard

Set minimum score thresholds

Configure scoring notifications

Enable/disable specific categories

Training Settings

  1. Set training requirements:
  2. 1. Go to Team > Settings > Training
  3. 2. Set minimum daily training time
  4. 3. Set weekly session requirements
  5. 4. Configure goal tracking visibility
  6. 5. Enable/disable leaderboards
  7. 6. Save changes

Integration Settings

Team-wide integration configuration:

Shared API keys (for team integrations)

Webhook endpoints for team events

Slack channel for team notifications

Default integration behaviors

Danger Zone

Destructive actions (Owners only):

- Transfer Ownership - Change team owner

- Delete Team - Permanently delete the team

- Reset Data - Clear all team analytics
