Team Settings

Configure team-wide preferences, defaults, and customizations.

Where Team Settings Live

There is no single 'Team Settings' page. Team configuration is spread across the Team and Knowledge sidebar groups, and is generally limited to Owners and Administrators.

Use this page as a map to where each setting lives.

Members & Roles

Manage your team from Team > Members:

Invite and remove members

Assign roles (Owner, Administrator, Member, Viewer, and sales roles like AE, SDR, BDR, Account Manager, CSM, Sales Manager, RevOps)

Review who has access to admin-only tabs

Billing, Seats & Credits

Manage your plan from Team > Billing:

Plan and seat management

Pooled team credits and usage

Auto-recharge configuration

See Subscription Plans, Seat Billing, and Auto-Recharge.

Scoring, Context & Integrations

Team-wide AI and scoring settings live in the Knowledge group:

Scorecards - create and manage custom scoring criteria (Knowledge > Scorecards)

Context - team-level AI context that improves coaching (Knowledge > Context, Owner/Administrator only)

Integrations - connect services, configure webhooks, and manage Push API keys (Knowledge > Integrations)

Goals & Training Paths

Set team goals from the Overview tab (Owners/Administrators)

Build structured Training Paths from Coaching > Paths (Owner/Administrator only)

To delete a team or transfer ownership, contact support — these are not self-serve actions today.
