Training Goals

Set and track daily training targets to build consistent habits.

Why Set Training Goals?

Consistent practice is the key to improvement. Training goals help you:

Build a regular training habit

Track progress over time

Stay accountable to yourself and your team

Celebrate achievements

Identify when training is slipping

Setting Your Goals

  1. Configure your training goals:
  2. 1. Open the Overview tab (Operate group)
  3. 2. Click your daily training-minutes goal to open the goal editor
  4. 3. Set your daily training-minutes target (e.g., 15 minutes)
  5. 4. Set your daily messages target for text roleplay
  6. 5. Team owners/admins can also set team goals from the Overview
  7. 6. Save your goal

Tracking Progress

Monitor your goal achievement:

Dashboard Widget - See today's progress at a glance

Weekly Summary - Review your weekly completion rate

Streaks - Track consecutive days meeting your goals

Historical Trends - See patterns over weeks and months

Goals sync across your devices automatically.

Team Goals

Managers can set team-wide training goals:

- Minimum training time per rep

- Required sessions per week

- Target score improvements

- Team challenges and competitions

Team goals appear in team analytics dashboards.

Staying Motivated

Tips for maintaining your training habit:

Start with achievable goals and increase over time

Schedule training at the same time each day

Use streaks as motivation

Celebrate hitting milestones

Train before calls for a warm-up effect
