Setting Your Goals
- Configure your training goals:
- 1. Open the Overview tab (Operate group)
- 2. Click your daily training-minutes goal to open the goal editor
- 3. Set your daily training-minutes target (e.g., 15 minutes)
- 4. Set your daily messages target for text roleplay
- 5. Team owners/admins can also set team goals from the Overview
- 6. Save your goal
Tracking Progress
Monitor your goal achievement:
Dashboard Widget - See today's progress at a glance
Weekly Summary - Review your weekly completion rate
Streaks - Track consecutive days meeting your goals
Historical Trends - See patterns over weeks and months
Goals sync across your devices automatically.
Team Goals
Managers can set team-wide training goals:
- Minimum training time per rep
- Required sessions per week
- Target score improvements
- Team challenges and competitions
Team goals appear in team analytics dashboards.
