Why Set Training Goals?

  • Setting Your Goals

    Configure your training goals:

    1. Go to Settings > Training Goals

    2. Set your daily training time target (e.g., 15 minutes)

    3. Set your weekly session target (e.g., 5 sessions)

    4. Optionally set score improvement goals

    5. Enable reminders if desired

    6. Save your preferences

    Monitor your goal achievement:

    Dashboard Widget - See today's progress at a glance

    Weekly Summary - Review your weekly completion rate

    Streaks - Track consecutive days meeting your goals

    Historical Trends - See patterns over weeks and months

    Goals sync across your devices automatically.

    Team Goals

    Managers can set team-wide training goals:

    - Minimum training time per rep

    - Required sessions per week

    - Target score improvements

    - Team challenges and competitions

    Team goals appear in team analytics dashboards.

    Staying Motivated
