Create shareable links to call analysis for review by managers, peers, or coaches:
Share specific call breakdowns
Include or exclude certain sections
Set expiration dates for links

Creating a Share Link
- Generate a shareable link:
- 1. Open the call you want to share
- 2. Click the 'Share' button
- 3. Configure what to include (scores, transcript, coaching)
- 4. Set link expiration (optional)
- 5. Copy the generated link
- 6. Send to your recipient
Share Settings
Control what recipients can see:
Full Report - Everything including transcript and all scores
Scores Only - Just the performance metrics
Summary - Overview without detailed transcript
Custom - Pick specific sections to include
Team Sharing
Within your team, calls are visible based on permissions:
- Team members see their own calls
- Managers see their direct reports' calls
- Admins and Owners see all team calls
- Use share links for people outside your team
Privacy Considerations
Important notes on sharing:
- Shared links may contain sensitive sales information
- Consider your company's data policies
- Set expiration dates for temporary access
- Revoke links when no longer needed
