Overall Score - Weighted average across all competencies
Discovery - Quality of needs identification
Presentation - Effectiveness of value communication
Objection Handling - Success addressing concerns
Closing - Ability to advance deals
Rapport - Connection and trust built with the prospect
Communication - Clarity and conversational quality
Training Time - Minutes spent practicing
Calls Analyzed - Number of calls reviewed

Trends - Performance over time (daily, weekly, monthly)

Time Periods
Analyze different time ranges:
- Today, This Week, This Month
- Last 7, 30, 90 days
- Custom date ranges
- Compare periods (e.g., this month vs last month)
Use longer periods for trend analysis, shorter for recent performance.
Exporting Data
Owners and Administrators can export team analytics to CSV for spreadsheet analysis from the team analytics view.
Personal CSV/PDF export and scheduled report delivery aren't available yet — use the team CSV export for offline analysis.
