The Prospect Creator helps you build detailed prospect personas that become the foundation for your training agents.

Create prospects based on:

    Build a new prospect:

    1. Go to Training > Prospect Creator

    2. Start with the AI-guided interview

    3. Answer questions about your target prospect

    4. Review the generated persona

    5. Customize any details

    6. Save and convert to an agent

    The AI asks about role, company, challenges, objections, and more.

    Key Persona Elements

    Demographics - Role, seniority, department, company size

    Psychographics - Personality, communication style, priorities

    Situation - Current challenges, goals, timeline

    Buying Context - Budget, authority, decision process

    Objections - Likely concerns and resistance
