Sharing Agents

Share AI agents with your team for consistent training experiences.

Why Share Agents?

Sharing agents across your team ensures everyone practices with the same high-quality scenarios:

Consistency - Everyone trains on the same prospects

Time Savings - Build once, use across the team

Best Practices - Share agents that represent ideal training scenarios

Onboarding - New team members get immediate access to training resources

Sharing Within Your Team

  1. To share an agent with your team:
  2. 1. Open the agent you want to share
  3. 2. Click the 'Share' button
  4. 3. Toggle 'Share with Team' on
  5. 4. The agent will appear in your team's shared agent library
  6. 5. Team members can use the agent but cannot edit it
  7. Only team Admins and Owners can share agents to the team.

Sharing via Link

Share agents with anyone using a link:

Click 'Share' and select 'Generate Link'

Copy the unique sharing link

Recipients can import the agent to their account

Imported agents become independent copies

Useful for sharing templates with people outside your team.

Managing Shared Agents

Best practices for managing shared agents:

- Naming convention - Use clear, descriptive names

- Version control - Note when agents are updated

- Documentation - Add descriptions explaining when to use each agent

- Feedback loop - Collect input from team on agent effectiveness

Permissions

Understanding sharing permissions:

Creator - Full control to edit, share, or delete

Team Admins - Can share team agents

Team Members - Can use shared agents but not edit
